Board Boost 2024

Board Boost both upskills young trustees and supports the wider board to adopt best practice.

  • Our Spring/Summer cohort is for existing young trustees and their boards
  • Our Autumn/Winter cohort is for aspiring young trustees and boards that are recruiting, matching them together

Boards receive training on how to be more inclusive, accessible, and grow diversity.


Young Trustees get interactive governance training, peer support, mentoring, and hands-on opportunities to apply their new wisdom.


Participants grow skills and tools, as well as confidence and experience.

Requirements
