Get Into Theatre Administrator (Freelance)
Get Into Theatre is the UK’s leading theatre careers website which is generously funded and supported by the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation and UK Theatre/Society of London Theatre. Get Into Theatre is produced by The Stage. We believe that all young people, no matter who they are, should have the same chance to have a career in theatre. We believe they should have easy access to current information on training and studying; funding, scholarships and awards; work experience and apprenticeships; theatre job profiles; plus blogs and videos on theatre careers information. But mostly, Get Into Theatre wants everyone to know about how to get a career in theatre no matter your background, ethnicity, impairment, condition or gender.
We are looking for a proactive Administrator to provide administration support to maintain Get Into Theatre, ensuring all new UK theatre careers opportunities are included within the resource, uploading them onto the site accurately and to review the accuracy of the current listings. In addition, this role will contribute to blog content, social media copy and occasionally support the Head of Get Into Theatre with administrative tasks.
This freelance position is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow key administrative skills within a nurturing arts support organisation. Whilst previous experience is not essential, applicants must display a strong ability of self organisation and reach aims with proactivity.
