Do you like stories and working with children and young people?

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic intern to help the Learning & Participation Team to deliver our family programme and our Extreme Reading Adventures project in Spring 2023. The role includes supporting our Easter holidays skills courses for 8-12 year-olds and our Extreme Reading Adventures project which provides story-themed activities to stimulate reading for pleasure in a cohort of children identified as ‘reluctant readers’.

You will assist with front-facing activities at the Museum, including working in small groups or providing one-to-one in support for individual children, as well as providing administrative support for the Extreme Reading Adventures project and assisting with data collection and evaluation.
