Together with West Midlands Combined Authority, Lights Up: Inside the RSC’s Creative Machine, pulls back the curtain on the incredible behind-the-scenes talent that powers our work - from sound and lighting to costume, props, and stage management.

Taking place on Monday, 23 June from 2pm the session is a chance to:

• Explore the many roles that make theatre happen
• Hear directly from RSC staff about their career journeys
• Discover how your skills - whether in storytelling, making, or problem-solving - could find a home in the world of theatre
