The main part of the programme is our Work Experience Week which takes place at the end of the Summer term (15 – 19 July 2024).

This is a full week of: workshops focused on different areas of the theatre from Directing to Inclusive Working; tasks designed to help engage you with what it is really like to work in an arts organisation.

Applications for our Work Experience Week are open now, click the link below to apply. When applications close on 31 January, we will be selecting 20 young people to interview in February Half-Term, and selecting 5 to join us for a week in July. This week is available to anyone completing work experience through their school.

We actively encourage people with different backgrounds to join us and so we’re particularly keen to hear from people from a culturally diverse background as well as D/deaf and disabled people, LGBTQ+ people, or those experiencing barriers due to their socioeconomic background.
