A 2 year, bespoke & in-depth Arts Leadership programme from Barrel Organ for young people (16-25) from backgrounds currently underrepresented in arts leadership.

We will be flexible around schedules related to school, work and caring responsibilities. A £50 honorarium will be provided after each Quarterly attended, to make sure that you are not out of pocket for joining the sessions.

- No prior training or knowledge is necessary!

- We are actively seeking young creatives (16-25) who identify as: Black and/or Global Majority, d/Deaf and/or disabled, neuro diverse, LGBTQI+, migrant, and/or coming from a low-income background.
