Kickstart your career with this 12-month traineeship and break down barriers to access at one of Birmingham's biggest arts and culture hubs!

Birmingham Hippodrome has helped make and shape memorable theatre moments for generations of visitors. The Young People & Access intern will support the Young People & Access teams to deliver activities as part of Birmingham Hippodrome's programme offered to young people (children and teenagers) and disabled people. This will include supporting Artists to deliver sessions, and coordinating with the team to ensure that programmes are high quality and inspiring. The role will support the development of young and disabled creatives within the region and break down barriers to access.
