This two-week in-person course will give you an insight into actor training by exploring the fundamentals of acting in a supportive environment.

Collaborating with a blend of current Guildhall tutors and visiting industry professionals, you will take part in a series of craft-based masterclasses exploring movement, voice and a variety of acting techniques alongside intensive workshops exploring ways of creating work. Internal informal sharings of the work will be held throughout the two weeks.

Who is the course for?

Anyone with a passion for acting. The course is open to 18+ but there is no upper age limit.

No previous professional experience is needed, but a willingness and desire to share your work with your peers is a necessity in order to participate fully.

What can I expect?

The course has a strong practical focus – learning by doing. You will work in a group of up to 16 participants.
