Experience Opportunity

International Micro Awards

Are you a disabled artist based in Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales wanting to make an international connection or collaboration? Then this info and mixer session is for you!

We’re running two online information and mixer sessions for disabled artists in Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales who are interested in creating work with artists from other countries (full list coming soon).

What you'll get from the session:

  • Learn about the 2026 Micro Awards opening in January – funding for international artistic partnerships
  • Find out how to apply and what help is available
  • Meet other disabled artists who want to collaborate digitally
  • Have honest conversations about working internationally

The British Council Micro Awards will support disabled artists to develop international collaborations online. If you’re thinking about working internationally, this session will help you understand the opportunities and process.
