Get Into Theatre is Hiring!

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing & Programme Administrator to join our small, dynamic team.

You’ll play a key role in the smooth running of our charity, the Get Into Theatre platform and our participation projects. The role involves digital administration, marketing and programme support — from managing and uploading theatre opportunities online, to social media and newsletters, to helping deliver events and internships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about theatre, who enjoys working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment both in-person and remotely. This role offers flexibility to accommodate other work or home commitments, as long as there is consistent weekly overlap with the team at our London base in the West End. We especially welcome applications from people currently underrepresented in theatre — including those who identify as being from the Global Majority, and/or from low-income households, and/or as having a disability. We’re excited to hear from anyone who’s passionate about our charitable mission and ready to make an impact in a growing team.
