This opportunity is open to 16 to 30 year olds.
You will tour the three main workrooms of ROH that make and revive their costume stock for Ballet and Opera, and see the many other different workshops that all contribute to building the characters that appear on the stage- wigs, hats, jewellery, shoes and the dye shop- as well as buying and logistics, which are key to the whole operation. Learn about the different career pathways you could take in a costume department and the skills needed to do them.
This session is hosted by the wardrobebe team at the Royal Ballet & Opera.
