A comprehensive program designed to provide trainees with essential knowledge and skills related to safe lifting operations and the use of lifting equipment. This course has a bias towards hands-on practical training, focusing on the safe and efficient assembly and disassembly of rigging equipment commonly used in live event rigging operations. Trainees will learn about industry best practices, relevant legislation, and practical techniques to work as a rigger safely and effectively, ensuring they can contribute to a safer working environment.

ACTING WORKSHOPS Further Than The Edge Productions are running weekly Open Level Acting Workshops for adults in two Camden venues. A motivating, fun and safe space for beginners, and people with experience who want to develop existing skills.
Develop your creativity, your skills of voice, space and movement, work collaboratively on improvisation and scripts, have fun, build your confidence.
These are open level workshops, so no previous acting training is required, but you must be prepared to work with other people - communicate and collaborate, and move around the space. You will also read/use extracts of playtexts/scripts.

MOUVE runs weekly drama and musical theatre classes for children and young people aged 2 to 18 in Hendon, North West London.
Classes cover acting, musical theatre, and performance skills across six age bands, from early years creative play through to advanced teen performance groups. Children build confidence, stage presence, and storytelling skills in small groups with consistent teachers at every level.
Regular showcases and performance opportunities throughout the year give students real stage experience in a supportive environment.

Wac Arts is thrilled to continue their intergenerational series with a free creative writing project exploring how theatre and storytelling can promote positive conversations and relationships across the community.
They are looking for young people aged 16 – 24 with an interest in creative writing and theatre to take part in a series of weekly workshops with members of the University of the Third Age at Wac Arts. Under the guidance of playwright Beth Flintoff, Associate Playwright at The Royal Court, the group will explore key aspects of writing for theatre, receive 1:1 script development support and create a series of pieces that will be performed by professional actors.

A CPD opportunity for teachers to embed drama and creativity into their teaching, through working with a Bristol-based theatre company, Travelling Light.
Want to shake up your physics lesson but need some inspiration? Join Travelling Light on an exploration of how to incorporate more Drama into your classroom. Connecting with Teenage Audiences. Our audiences aged 12-18 are our big thinkers.
Figuring out who they are, what they believe and their place in the world. We want to figure it out with them. Theatre is a great way to explore ideas and hear other people’s perspectives and we bring teenagers shows which start conversations, stretch their horizons, and hopefully inspire their own creativity and aspirations.
The Bruiser Ambassadors is a youth steering group. Members meet regularly to help develop Bruiser’s education and community engagement programme. The group is open to young people living in Northern Ireland aged 16+
