This course is ideal for School Leavers who want to pursue a career in the performing arts, or other areas of work where performance skills are useful. It is equivalent to three A Levels and provides a route into university or higher education.

This qualification aims to develop your skills and understanding of acting, dance and performance by learning in a practical environment with industry professionals. You will perform frequently in our on-site theatre and rehearse in our dance studio, surrounded by music, creative arts and media students and staff.

You’ll be developing your skills in drama, dance, singing and production. At your side will be our expert tutors, passing on their professional advice as you put on shows and performances.

HNC/Ds provide nationally recognised qualifications that offer career progression, professional development, employment opportunities and further progression within Higher Education. The qualifications are made up of compulsory units and specialist units studied during the first year (HNC) and second year (HND).

This course consists of an exciting rage of performance, composition, theoretical and contextual units that will provide you with exciting experiences whilst you develop industry relevant skills and abilities

You will spend time preparing materials and rehearsing both individually and as a member of a group as well as researching your subject, writing reports and essays, presenting your findings and keeping a practice and development journal.

The UAL L3 Diploma and Extended Diploma have been designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills and understanding necessary to access and progress to degree level study or employment in the media sector

You will study the L3 Diploma in the first year progressing onto the Extended Diploma in the second year building an impressive portfolio of work that could support progression into higher education.

A pass in this course will enable you to study Level 3 Extended Diploma in Creative Media Production & Technology

The Level 2 Diploma in Media Production and Technology (accredited by the University of the Arts London) provides opportunities for individuals intrigued and inspired by media to explore, develop and test their creativity within a structure that will provide a sound base of skills and knowledge, while enhancing self-confidence and revealing the potential career demands and opportunities within the sector.

It draws upon established approaches to teaching, learning and assessment that are successfully proven to appeal to and engage students seeking practical study rather than a more academic study route.

It is an enjoyable course that will enable students to learn a wide range of production techniques that will prepare them for the level 3 course and/or employment within the creative media industry.

This course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to work in the media, film and theatre industry as an advanced and highly trained make-up artist.

This is a one year programme that will enable you to develop the skills essential for employment in the Hair and Media Make-up industry, working in film, theatre, music, TV and all other aspects of media. Topics covered are:
