Our Beginners lessons provide a fun introduction to Ballet. They will cover basic ballet principles in a supportive environment. Ballet terminology will be explained and demystified. The classes will cover barre work, centre practice, allegro (jumps), pirouettes (turns) and some choreographed phrases.
The course is available in two different formats: weekly evening sessions taken over a number of weeks, or a one full-day intensive introduction to ballet.
The classes are held in central London dance studios and are suitable for absolute beginners.
