Our Creative Pathways Programme is for those aged 16-25 based in the Midlands. You'll get the chance to step behind the scenes at one of the UK’s leading arts organisations – Birmingham Royal Ballet. Yes, you might be surprised to learn that one of the world’s great ballet companies is based right here in the heart of the city – and there is so much more to it than tutus and pointe shoes!

This FREE professional development programme is designed to give you a real taste of life in the arts. Our alumni tell us these are just some of the best bits:
