• Be aged 18 by the time the employment begins and have Grade 4 or above in Maths and English.
• Some theatrical exposure and knowledge from school, higher-education establishment, venue or related technical departments.
• A genuine interest in working in technical theatre, backstage crafts and the performing arts.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a hands-on environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good basic computer skills
• Reliability and a good sense of organisation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to carry out manual tasks and work at height when required.
