The Egg Theatre is seeking a Trainee Creative for a supported training role from January–July 2026.
The trainee will work closely with The Egg’s Engagement team and production freelancers, gaining hands-on experience in rehearsal rooms, production meetings, and creative processes.
Opportunities include shadowing and practical learning, with training tailored to those interested in areas such as writing, directing, design, lighting, sound, or stage management.
The position is designed for individuals who have faced barriers to career development, particularly those from the global majority, and are based in the South West.
The role is intended for early-career artists or those seeking a career change, passionate about making theatre with young people.
