After an extremely successful first cohort, we are excited to open applications for the second round of our Future Leaders programme.

Future Leaders is Drake Music’s programme to support and promote inclusive, accessible practice in music-making. It aims to improve representation of young Disabled People in the workforce by:

• Developing progression routes, new skills, and knowledge
• Providing practical experiences
• Exploring the variety of roles within the music sector, such as music leaders, project managers, facilitators and educators.
