Your first steps towards a career in the creative industries could be taken at Lighthouse Poole as the busy arts centre, one of the largest in the country, invites applications from young people for their Young Producers course.
Lighthouse is recruiting two enthusiastic and driven Young Producers for its 2026 programme. A free-to-access work placement, the course will provide on-the-job experience of producing events as part of Poole Pride, as well as the Breakin’ Convention festival, and other events scheduled for the Spring season.
