We're looking for candidates who:
✔ Are aged 18+ and have the Right to work in the UK
✔ Can demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing a career in theatre production or general management, as evidenced by training, work experience or shadowing
✔ Can demonstrate some experience of working in a professional team, and some administrative experience, even if this was not gained in a theatre context
✔ Work well under pressure and are confident interacting with a wide range of people
✔ Are I.T. literate, with good written and verbal communication skills
✔ Are self-motivated, with the ability to juggle a range of projects and tasks, and excellent attention to detail
✔ Are enthusiastic and keen to learn
✔ Have not had professional experience working in a production or general management role on a large-scale production

Due to funding, preference will be given to candidates under 25 and residing in the following London boroughs: Barnet, Brent, Camden, City of London, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.
