Our work experience programmes are designed to give you an immersive taste of life behind the scenes at LW Theatres. Across August 2025, we’re offering a unique one-week hands-on experience in Theatre Operations.

A week with our Theatre Operations team will show you exactly what it takes to ensure the smooth operation of our venues. In addition to this you will gain a professional understanding of Box Office and commercial sales through to the encompassing Front of House experience which bookend the performances; we will share with you the multitude of efforts made daily to ensure our audiences have the best experience possible.

On the application form, you will be asked to select which area you would like to apply for - either Theatre Management or Technical Theatre.

Successful students will be given an allowance to cover food and travel costs for the duration of their work experience; we don’t want there to be any barriers to participation. If you have any questions about the opportunity or application, please email the address below.
