Dante or Die currently looking for a Trainee Stage Manager to join our InSites Training Programme.

This position is for an early career stage manager based in Kent. The Trainee Stage Manager will join our team for our upcoming site-based theatre production that will tour to Reading, Manchester and end with a London run.

The ideal candidate will be early in their career, passionate about theatre and looking for a next step to support their career in site-based theatre.

Training Programme Structure:

• The Insites Programme is overseen by Dante or Die’s Participation Producer, Lucy Dear.
• Each trainee is allocated a specific mentor, a specialist in their field, who will also be their direct line manager – who they should report to and check in with regularly.
• In addition to regular check-in’s, trainees will meet with their direct line manager once a month to review learning objectives, celebrate successes and discuss any challenges.
• Trainees will also meet with Lucy Dear (InSites Programme Lead) once a month – to reflect on the broader programme rather than individual tasks.
