Training Opportunity

Actor Development Programme

A YEAR OF FOCUSED, FULL-TIME, APPLIED DRAMA TRAINING

Open to applicants between 18-24, our Peer Actor Development Programme (PAD) could help you continue learning whilst using your talent to make a difference in the lives of other young people. During your year at Peer you will have the opportunity to work with industry professionals, to tour in theatre productions and lead outreach projects - as well as getting support with Drama School applications and auditions. This is the perfect launch PAD for your future and career.

AND THE BEST PART? IT’S COMPLETELY FREE.

The PAD Programme has been designed with young people’s potential, talents, and ambition in mind. We want to equip them for whatever their next steps in life might be and help launch their careers.

Most of our young actors go on to drama school or higher education, and many former alumni have established successful careers in the industry.

The course is accredited using the RSL Level 4 Creative Practitioner Diploma, a qualification specifically designed for aspiring industry professionals. It offers specialist career-focused training for artists, producers and entrepreneurs across the creative industries. At Peer, our course runs for FREE, full time from Monday to Friday.

All the young artists who train with Peer Productions are individuals, with their own unique strengths, areas for development and ambitions. As a result, no two learners will have the same path through the qualification and learning opportunities offered.
